The 1st annual One Love, One Heart, One People Basketball Classic is set to be held June 6th, 7th and 8th 2008. At Mount Vernon High School in Alexandria, VA. This is a Drug and Alcohol Free Event.
The Team coaches are entirely responsible to make sure that their players fully understand tournament rules and regulations.
16 men´s teams and 8 women´s teams to pay entry fee are in the tournament. "NO EXCEPTIONS".
Deadline for full entry fee is on May 1, 2008. Money orders only no checks please. Late entries accepted until May 15th with a late entry fee of 50.00

Registration and Entry
Rules and Regulations
- 7 players’ max 5 players and 2 subs. Finalized roster must be approved by the Tournament staff prior to the first game.
- Teams must have jerseys of the same color and must be numbered and only 2 digits. You must email with your color for approval to ensure that we don’t have multiple teams with the same color.
- A fifteen-minute grace period will be given before a forfeit on Friday night. Ten minutes on Saturday and Sunday.
- In cause of a double forfeit a coin toss will determine the winner.
- 10 minutes will be given to warm up. With 20 min Halves. Clock will stop last two min in the second half only.
- Games will be played with 5 min half times.
- Players will be given 5 fouls per game.
- Bonus shots will be given after the 6th team foul, and the team will be in double bonus after 10th team foul, per half.
- Each team will be given 2 time outs per game they will not carry over. In case of OT, 1 extra time out will be given. 3 minutes will be given for over time.
- 30 point rule is in effect for last 5 minutes of the game.
- Technical fouls will be given to any player/team for behavior established in signed agreement. It will count as a personal foul. Player/Manager/Coach will pay $20.00 to One love for the first technical in order for the player to be allowed back into the game.
- If a player receives 2 technical fouls they will be ejected from the tournament. You will have an opportunity to fill this person spot with another player if your team moves on.
- Tournament committee will decide any disputes and their decision is final.
